At Aponex Marketplace, we understand that plans can change. To provide a smooth shopping experience, we offer a simple and transparent order cancellation policy for all eligible purchases, including wooden furniture, Sheesham furniture, solid wood furniture, dining tables, beds, wardrobes, sofas, office furniture, home furniture, and other furniture products.

Cancellation Window

Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.

After the 24-hour cancellation window, the order may enter the manufacturing, packaging, or shipping process. Once processing has started, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

How to Cancel an Order

You can cancel your order by following these simple steps:

1. Log in to your Aponex Marketplace account.
2. Navigate to the My Orders section.
3. Select the order you wish to cancel.
4. Click on Cancel Order.
5. Choose the reason for cancellation and submit your request.

Alternatively, you may contact the Aponex Customer Support Team for assistance within the eligible cancellation period.

Eligible Orders for Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled if:

1. The cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours.
2. The order has not been dispatched.
3. The furniture has not entered the manufacturing or customization process.

Non-Cancellable Orders

The following orders cannot be cancelled:

1. Customized or made-to-order furniture
2. Personalized furniture products
3. Orders that have already been shipped
4. Orders where manufacturing has already begun
5. Bulk or commercial furniture orders that are already in production

Refund After Cancellation

If your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

1. Refund initiation: Within 5–7 business days
2. Payment modes supported:

4. Credit Card
5. Debit Card
6. Net Banking
7. Wallet
8. EMI (where applicable)

Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refunded amount in your account.

Seller Cancellation

In rare situations, an order may be cancelled by the seller due to:

1. Product becoming unavailable
2. Pricing or listing errors
3. Quality inspection failure
4. Delivery location not being serviceable
5. Unexpected inventory issues

If a seller cancels your order, you will receive a 100% refund without any cancellation charges.
